Can I modify/cancel the order after it is placed?

If you decide to modify/cancel your order, you are advised to do it within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order is shipped from our warehouse - whichever is earlier. With time zone differences, we cannot guarantee we will be able to modify/cancel your order but we will make every effort to process that request. If we are able to modify the order, there is NO extra cost to it and we will be happy to process it as revised order. If we are able to cancel the order, please allow 5-7 working days for us to process the refund back to the original form of payment if available. 

If we receive the cancellation request post the 24 hour period or after the order has shipped, we may still be able to cancel, but the refund will only come in form of Store Credit/ Gift Card.

Note: All cancellations requests made within 24 hours will attract a 10% cancellation fee. All cancellation requests made after 24 hours will attract a 25% cancellation fee. These cancellation fees will be deducted before the refunds are processed.
