What is your Cancellation Policy?

If you decide to cancel your order, you are advised to do it within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order is shipped from our warehouse - whichever is earlier. With time zone differences, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order but we will make every effort to process that request. Once cancelled, please allow 5-7 working days for us to process the refund back to the original form of payment if available.

If we receive the cancellation request post the 24 hour period or after the order has shipped, we may still be able to cancel, but the refund will only come in the form of Store Credit/ Gift Card (which never expires). This request has to be determined on a case to case basis, based on what stage of the order cycle this request was received and how complicated the cancellation at that stage is.

Note: All cancellations requests made within 24 hours will attract 10% restocking fees. All cancellation requests made after 24 hours will attract 25% restocking fees. This fees will be deducted before the refunds are processed.
