How can I cancel my order?

If you decide to cancel your order, you are advised to do it within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order is shipped from our warehouse - whichever is earlier. With time zone differences, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order but we will make every effort to process that request. Once cancelled, please allow 5-7 working days for us to process the refund back to the original form of payment if available.

If we receive the cancellation request post the 24 hour period or after the order has shipped, we may still be able to cancel, but the refund will only come in form of Store Credit/ Gift Card. This request has to be determined on a case to case basis, based on what stage of the order cycle this request was received and how complicated it is to cancel at that stage.

Note: All cancellations requests made within 24 hours will attract a 10% cancellation fee. All cancellation requests made after 24 hours will attract a 25% cancellation fee. These cancellation fees will be deducted before the refunds are processed.
