You initiate the return request on imbesharam.com/returns after having read the return policy and guidelines. While you wait for the RMA#, fill the return checklist and have your package ready.
After clearing customs the package arrives at our US center, goes through a physical inspection and gets sent back to the supplier. Returns Dept processes the refund / ships your replacement.
By now you should have received the replacement in courier / refund back to your card, depending on the type of return option selected. At this stage we consider the return process completed.
