If you opened the seal of the product and then later changed your mind, that becomes a tricky situation for us. Normally we are unable to accept that as we cannot resell it (for no fault of ours), However if you submit the return request within 3 days of receipt, we will try to work with you and may be able to offer you 50% refund in form of a store credit, which can be used to make another purchase online. This will depend on individual circumstances and is entirely at the discretion of the customer service representative.
